Wine Gums
I stumbled upon this very funny marketing operation by The Hive for Maynards, a canadian candy company. They sent a ‘chewmelier’ (yes, it’s a word) to a wine fair where he presented the Maynards Wine gums to startled connoisseurs. The sweets, of course, have nothing to do with wine but Maynards say that their fruity and delicate taste could be ‘comparable to the pleasure of good wine tasting‘. While I highly doubt that, people seems to have had fun candy-tasting!
Most people at wine shows know how to appreciate a fine wine, but do they know hot to appreciate a fine Maynards Wine Gum?
